Olena Chernii attended a large number of seminars and trainings for yoga and massage practice in Ukraine, Poland, India and Thailand. “In the process of learning Thai massage, including history and culture of the country, I realized what we Europeans are missing. For example, having headache, clogged nose, low intestinal motility, psycho-emotional issues, Thai people do a massage in the first place! Knowing the location of energy meridians and acupuncture points, they often remove the cause of an illness and prevent its development in the future. We have a lot of things to learn from them and this knowledge has to be in every family.” Olena Chernii
“Traumatism is one of the main problems in sport. Having been practicing yoga for a couple of years and learning various massage techniques, I have understood its important role in development of a sportsman. Mastering of massage techniques helps to prevent many traumas during training, and in case of traumatization massage rehabilitates body in the most effective way.” Alexandr
